




When I worked as a production manager I struggled keeping track of every maintenance group and service team out there to keep our facility running. Stickers faded, post it notes vanished, business cards got put through the wash, and that big spreadsheet never helped the way I thought it would. I wanted to make the tool I wish I had.
Industrial CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) are cumbersome and expensive. They have too much data for the average user and are cost prohibitive to small scale. Main_Trac is a stop gap. Fully customizable data and service patterns, store your points of contact, service dates, and even break down your equipment and vehicles by location. All in one app with data you can export when needed.
I started with my knowledge of just how dynamic and diverse the array of equipment needed at a winery is. With this in mind, I built a flexible app that could solve many of the problems that maintenance teams face on a daily basis. On the same token, the goal was to make an app that could be useful even at home.
We all hate seeing ads in apps, so Main_Trac will never have any. All features are available even with the base version, the subscription version (Coming soon) will simply expand the number of sites and machines you can maintain.

Easily track all of the work done on your machines with a simple dropdown. Additionally, export any data to a CSV file for team reference when needed. All information is instantly saved to the cloud for long term storage where you can always find it.

Not all worksites are cell phone safe, or even above ground. That's why one of the goals was to make an app that stored data locally and online providing the most up to date data on your machine health. Update on your app even when you have no service, when you enter range you will automatically update your records.
